Executive Safety Committee
The Executive Safety Committee is a division of Environment, Health and Safety.
Management relies on the Safety Committee members to establish and communicate
general safety principles and techniques to all employees. The Safety Committee
develops and maintains safety education and awareness programs
on an annual basis. Part of the role of the safety committee is to develop the Annual Safety
Program, discuss safety needs and policies, make recommendations to management,
analyze unsafe work practices and determine their remedies, and develop a Safety
Training Program for the department. The committee is composed of management and worker
representatives from all units of PP-CS; members are appointed from a list of volunteers.
The chair is nominated from member volunteers. To learn more about the Executive Safety
