PP-CS Grounds, Recycling & Refuse, and Pest Management

The Grounds Operations group, a part of Maintenance Operations & Engineering (MOE),
provides grounds maintenance services to campus and
a number of recharge units, including gardening, irrigation, paving repair,
furnishings repair/replacement (benches, signs, fences, etc.), hillside fire
mitigation, landscape maintenance, street sweeping, contract management, and

placement, debris box ordering, some contract management, and liaison with other

Pest management, both indoor and outdoor for campus labs, offices, food areas,
housing units: insect pests (fleas, cockroaches, silver fish; vertebrate control
(rats, skunks, feral cats); wasps and bees; birds; consultation on pest prevention
