PP-CS Human Resources

The Human Resources Unit of Physical Plant - Campus Services provides a variety of personnel services and support to more than 500 employees. This unit administers the personnel policies that govern professional/support staff, managers/senior professionals and executive employees and provides services to employees covered by the Alameda County Building and Construction Trades Council (ACBTC), AFSCME, UPTE, and CUE bargaining agreements. This unit also provides workers' compensation, payroll and office services support, provides training and development, develops and implements employee relations programs, assists in organizational development, and works as a liaison with the Campus Personnel Office.
